Medication

PLEASE NOTE:

THE HAITIAN GOVERNMENT IS VERY MUCH AGAINST RECEIVING EXPIRED DRUGS; ALL MEDICINES MUST HAVE CURRENT DATES, NOT LESS THAN SIX MONTHS TO EXPIRATION.

All of these medications are used regularly by the
hospital and require regular supply and re-supply

The ideal way for the hospital to receive medications is in bulk containers of 100, 200, 500, and 1000 tablets. Generics are preferred and cheaper to buy;  Small sample packages of brand drugs are difficult to use and confusing for the staff who are not familiar with all the different names.
